August - What was it all about?

1. Pics of my trips in august. All of them in a weeks time ;)

Interesting.....g2g

It is encouraging to hear that Ravi and his school friends had a g2g in their school. It was interesting to hear his experiences and the challenges they faced in arranging the gathering.
I also heard that this was first such gathering in the school and the previous management of their school has taken an initiative of inviting around 4-5 batches of alumni.


Hope to see one from our SKEC / at least from 01-05 batch.
Hope Ravi takes the initiative. ;)

We are pleased to inform you about 'The Google India Women In Engineering Award 2010'. This is an initiative launched by Google India in 2007-2008 with an objective of recognizing and rewarding deserving women students in the field of Computer Science

In this third edition of our awards, we welcome applications from female students pursuing Bachelors, Masters and PhD in computer science, who meet the eligibility criteria. Applications are open from 15th Sept '09 to 31st Oct '09. A group of most deserving students will be chosen form the applicant pool and the award recipients will receive a sum of INR 100,000 each.

Highlights of the last years awards can be found on the website. Feel free to share this within your friends network.

మళ్ళీ వచ్చిన అంకుల్......

కొన్ని రోజుల క్రితం నేను ఒక ఇల్లు అద్దెకి తీసుకున్నాను. అయితే ఆ ఇంటి యజమాని వాళ్ళ అమ్మాయికి నన్ను చూపించి....
ఇదిగో మన ఇంట్లో కొత్తగా వచ్చిన అంకుల్ ఇతనే....... నమస్తే చెప్పు....
అని పరిచయం చేసాడు.
కెవ్............తెలుగు భాష లో నచ్చని ఒకే ఒక పదం uncle. అని అరవాలనిపించింది.
అయినా, నేను అంత ఘోరంగా కనిపిస్తున్నానా?? అంతగా పెద్ద వాడిని అయిపోయానా?
అని మనసు తనలో తను అనుమాన పడుతుంటే..... వెంటనే...
లేదు రా అబ్బాయి.... నువ్వు ఇంకా యూత్ . కనీసం నీ ఫ్రెండ్స్ లాగా నీకు పెళ్ళి కాలేదు. dont worry
అని సర్దిచెప్పుకున్నాను.


అరె!!! మొన్నటికి మొన్న ఒక అమ్మాయి అంకుల్ అని పిలిచేసింది. ఎంటో..... 4 ఏళ్ళ అమ్మాయికి కూడా నేను అలా కనిపిస్తున్నానా?? ఇంక youth or big అమ్మాయిలకి ఎలా కనిపిస్తావ్ రా?? :(

నేనేమో రోజు రోజుకు ఒక కొత్త సంఘటనతో ఏదో ఒకటి నేర్చుకొంటూ.... చిన్న వాడిని అయిపోతున్నా అని నా ఫీలింగ్.

Am i growing old or growing young :P

btw: పెళ్ళి అయిన friendly అంకుల్స్ అందరికీ ఈ పోస్ట్ అంకితం. :P
